Equivalent Too is a podcast for minorities in STEM. Its a place to discuss issues faced by those who are under represented in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, whether that be for reasons of gender, race, socio-economic background, neurodiversity, physical ability. All are welcome to normalise the barriers encountered by being differences, so that we can indeed make a positive difference through our differences.

So much of our lives these days is outward facing. We can care too much about what other people think of us and make decisions based on what everybody else expects. Too little time is spent on turning inwards and asking ourselves what we like, prefer and choose for ourselves. I think it is important to listen to other people, but it is also really empowering to uncover our own truths by looking from within...on this episode we discuss exactly what that means and hear from the perspectives of women in STEM on this topic.
