Equivalent Too is a podcast for minorities in STEM. Its a place to discuss issues faced by those who are under represented in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, whether that be for reasons of gender, race, socio-economic background, neurodiversity, physical ability. All are welcome to normalise the barriers encountered by being differences, so that we can indeed make a positive difference through our differences.

I have often found myself getting stressed out and worried over things that I simply cannot do anything about. When I realise that I am wasting my precious energy on things that I cannot change, I am able to better use my time and brain power to grow from challenging times. Being able to find silver linings is a blessing. There is beauty and evolution to be had in everything. We discuss this and more on this week’s episode.
