Equivalent Too is a podcast for minorities in STEM. Its a place to discuss issues faced by those who are under represented in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, whether that be for reasons of gender, race, socio-economic background, neurodiversity, physical ability. All are welcome to normalise the barriers encountered by being differences, so that we can indeed make a positive difference through our differences.

On this week's episode, my guest, originally an architect has an epiphany about self-awareness. She confesses to have always grabbed inspiration from people, places and things, but has rarely spent time facing her true self. This is a person who has never cared what people think and has always focused on her own ambition and it appears to have got her very far in life. She turned her back on a prestigious conventional career route to run her own tech business; juggles three kids and a husband, but is now questioning more than ever, on what makes her happy.
